After the iPad Air refresh last fall, people were waiting for the iPad Pro to get a similar overhaul, which new leaks have said could happen – with the release of Apple AirTags – soon to the half-March.

Going back the last few years, Apple has already held some kind of product launch event In early spring, and based on recent tweets noticed by Korean Business Daily NewsApple’s next gadget showcase is slated to take place on March 16.

Following previous predictions, @LeaksApplePro claims the long-awaited Apple AirTags have been “almost completed” since last fall and will finally be officially announced in March, which corresponds with rumors of other leaks like Jon prosser.

However, the big stars of the show will be several new iPads, with @FrontTron claiming that Apple will announce a new iPad and iPad Mini, with many other sources claiming a refreshed iPad Pro is also coming. Macotaka says the new iPad Pro will feature upgraded speakers, faster processors, and maybe even a mini LED display on the larger 12.9-inch model that offers richer colors and better contrast. Rumors also suggest that Apple may present the first 5G-compatible iPad at this event.

In the meantime, for Apple’s smaller iPad, it looks like the iPad Mini could finally have a redesigned design with smaller bezels and a larger screen, but without increasing the existing dimensions of the current model.

Unfortunately, Apple usually announces its events two to three weeks in advance, so we may have to wait until the end of the month or early March for an official confirmation.
