Ming-Chi Kuo, a renowned analyst at Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL), is back with more forecasts and this time, the focus is on clothing technologies.
Kuo expects Apple to launch two new models of AirPod hardware as early as the fourth quarter, one of them upgrading the current offering and the other offering a whole new form factor (and a higher price).
According to the analyst, Apple will adopt a system design integrated with both AirPods to improve rates of return and reduce production costs.
Kuo expects Apple to ship more than 52 million AirPods this year and more than 75 million by 2020.
