It's already been less than a week since Apple introduced the first beta version of iOS developer 12.4 for testing purposes, and Apple seems ready to release iOS 12.4 beta 2. We are also waiting for the public beta version 2 for iOS 12.4 public.

iOS 12.4 beta does not yet include any visible changes for users, but some changes have been made to prepare iPhones and iPads for Apple Card, the new credit card provided by Apple later this summer. We are also told that Apple employees are already using beta to test Apple Card.

iOS 12.4 is probably the first version of the software to support the Apple Card in the Wallet app. Apple Card was first announced on March 25, before a summer launch in the United States.

We will update our coverage if specific changes are discovered in iOS 12.4 beta.

Apple has also released iOS 12.3 for all customers this month. This release includes the all-new Apple TV app with the new Apple TV Channels feature allowing you to subscribe directly to video services. iOS 12.3 also supports AirPlay 2 on smart TVs that work with the Apple feature.

The big Apple Developer Conference will begin in exactly two weeks on June 3rd in San Jose, where Apple will unveil iOS 13, watchOS 6 and macOS 10.15, and more. This means that we will probably see new beta versions of developers the same day before iOS 12.4 is no longer in beta.
