Fiance of 90 days: Fortunately forever? Star Ashley Martson shared a disclaimer in her Instagram account before the TLC episode on Sunday night to explain the bizarre decisions she's making. Martson said that she was being treated at the hospital by the time she made the move dubious, which will explain what happened.
"Warning for tomorrow's episode – I was admitted and administered IV Dilaudid for 8 consecutive days," wrote Martson. "It clearly affected the frontal love of my brain. The part of the brain that you think about and make choices with … [that’s] all! Good end of weekend!"
The Sunday episode Fiance of 90 days: Fortunately forever? is titled "Change of heart." The description of the TLC episode indicates that Martson's health issues are changing everything.
This description seems to refer to Martson's health alert in January, which resulted in the withdrawal of his divorce from Jay Smith. She was rushed to hospital in early January after being found at home following lupus-related complications. Martson wrote on Instagram that she had been diagnosed with "acute kidney failure due to lupus".
Two days before his hospitalization, Martson sought Smith's divorce, accused of having deceived him when it was discovered that he was communicating with another woman the day after their marriage.
However, Martson withdrew the divorce petition after seeing Smith rush to be by his side.
"I may have hurt you. I may not have been a good husband, "Smith wrote on Instagram. "Jumping on a plane the second I found you [were] at the hospital, it was something I had not even thought twice. We have our differences, but as long as I have life, I will never let you alone and suffer. I love you and nothing will ever change that. Thank you for inviting me to support you.
The happiness found of the couple did not last long. In April, Martson filed for divorce for good, thus endangering Smith's immigrant status. Martson told his fans that Smith could be deported in August and that he was arrested by ICE.
A few days after Smith's arrest, a friend created a GoFundMe page to raise money for a lawyer. Since its launch on July 4th, the page has raised $ 3,985 from Smith's $ 5,000.
"He said blocking was difficult because he had never done anything of that before," said Kayla O. Brien, who launched the GoFundMe page. InTouch Weekly from Smith. "[He said] Sometimes you feel like you're going crazy, but he was able to stay positive with the incredible support of his family and friends. "
