(Reuters) – AstraZeneca Plc sold its stake in Moderna Inc for more than $ 1 billion after the US biotech company’s shares soared following the breakthrough of its coronavirus vaccine, reported the Times.

The report added that it was not clear when and over what period AstraZeneca sold its full stake in Moderna.
