MILWAUKEE – A storm with geomagnetic proportions is expected to hit planet Earth this weekend, creating a scenario that would see the northern lights in Milwaukee on Labor Day weekend.
Scientists at the University of Alaska at Fairbanks claim that if the weather behaves well, "auroral activity" should be significantly elevated. If you do not know what "auroral activity" means, it's good.
