A violent knife attack against a cleaner in an Adelaide mall came after years of concern for the safety of workers in the northern suburbs, says a union.
The 30-year-old woman was attacked on Monday. She was wounded in the face and treated at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
Police described the incident as disturbing and telephoned the Parabanks Mall.
