Toyota Camry Conquest was driving erratically, clutching the Subaru Impreza and using gestures and gears.
The driver of the Camry is described as being a man in his forties or forties, with dark hair, poorly shaved and a thin build. He was wearing a gray hoodie.
Police are also looking for footage of surveillance cameras in the area at the time of the incident.
The police exhort anyone who has information, would witness the incident or have an accident video footage that could help police contact Crime Stoppers at 1 800 333 000, or through the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
