ACT Policing stated that the incident occurred around 9:15 am Monday, July 2, a blue Subaru Impreza and a Toyota Camry Silver Conquest traveled from Bindubi Street to Macquarie until Belconnen Way.

Vehicles then headed for Springvale Drive, on Coniston Street, then on Beetaloo Street, before returning

Toyota Camry Conquest was driving erratically, clutching the Subaru Impreza and using gestures and gears.

The driver of the Camry is described as being a man in his forties or forties, with dark hair, poorly shaved and a thin build. He was wearing a gray hoodie.

Police are also looking for footage of surveillance cameras in the area at the time of the incident.
