Angry Anderson mourns the tragic death of his son Liam

ANGRY Anderson denied that her son, Liam, was the best friend of his accused, the killer Mathew Flame.

"They were not the best friends in the world," Rose Tattoo's lead singer told The Daily Telegraph on Thursday.

"He was not even in Liam's main group of friends."

Liam Anderson, 26, was reportedly killed Sunday morning in northern Sydney while under the influence of MDMA, marijuana and alcohol.

The body would have been so damaged that the police would have asked the family not to ask for a visit.

Flame has been charged with murder and is in custody. He will appear in court on January 29.

He had been described in the initial press reports as Liam Anderson's best friend.
