Two police officers are still hospitalized as a result of an incident at Kangaroo Flat last night, according to Victoria Police.
Bendigo's patrolmen intercepted a car on the Calder Highway around 6:20 pm following reports of a blue Honda Civic flying erratically. The police tried to stop the driver, who would have become hostile, before a conflict ensued with the driver and a pbadenger.

Police arrested the driver, a 36-year-old Broadmeadows man.
He remains in custody, badisting investigators in their investigations
The 24-year-old pbadenger, a Broadmeadows woman was taken to hospital for observation under police surveillance.
She remains in detention at the local police station, helping the police to investigate. Anyone could have observed the driving behavior of a blue Honda Civic in the Bendigo area yesterday.
