Suspended Logan Mayor Luke Smith spends the weekend in detention south of Brisbane after being charged with badault
Smith is accused of having Assaulted a woman and smashed a shop window Friday at Meadowbrook.
He was arrested and charged with badault, obstruction of police and intentional damage.
Smith was remanded in custody to Beenleigh Watchouse before appearing in court tomorrow.
