Northwestern Sydney residents are the biggest winners of the NSW government's free car registration program. However, a postcode chic arrives almost at the top of the list
The system started on July 1 and allows motorists to sign up for free when they spend more than $ 25 a week or $ 1300 a year in tolls on a single label. The program can pay up to $ 729 to drivers each year.
