A man was denied bail after a fight in the CBD of Adelaide this morning.
Just after 5:00 this morning, police and paramedics were called to Hindley Street after a fight broke out between two men. Quick to jump on the bloody suspect, a 43-year-old man, Gilles Hill, while the paramedics were working on the unconscious victim a few hundred meters
The 22-year-old Ceduna man was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with severe head injuries
"It's disgusting, it does not matter. There is absolutely no need, "said a witness at 9NEWS. The second man arrested was released without charge.
The 43-year-old man was charged with aggravated badault causing serious bodily harm.
He was denied bail and will appear before the Magistrates Court of Adelaide tomorrow.
