The Australian Securities and Investments Commission confirmed that directors Matthew David Woods and Hayden Leigh White had been appointed to evaluate the future of the company.

Chef Liam Atkinson posted an Instagram post saying that he and the kitchen staff are out.

It's not clear if the staff has left permanently, but the site suggests that the restaurant will open at noon today.
