Blair Pappas by Kym Blake from Edge Hill State School, Kathleen MacDonald from Tully State High or Brenton Pappas from Good Counsel College of the College of Great Lawyers, would they be the most outstanding teacher in the Far North?

Ms. Blake taught two of Tanya Axtell's children and was nominated for her "benevolence and dedication" and for taking the students out of their shells.

Grade 12 student Isabel Johnson at Tully State High hopes Kathleen MacDonald will be the best teacher in the region.

"She is without a doubt one of my most dedicated teachers, she cares more than spending time with her students in clbad – she cares about our well-being," said Isabel.

To name a teacher, send an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject line "Nomination of the best teacher". Please include the name of the teacher, his school and, if you wish, a description of his qualifications.

The 10 teachers with the most candidates will be selected to allow you to vote for those who, in your opinion, should be crowned the favorite teachers of the Far North. The nominations end on Monday at 17h.
