The Shalom House Detox Center faces another setback after the board dismissed the application

A detoxification center known to be one of the strictest in the country has been ordered to close within 12 months by a local county that says it does not respect zoning guidelines.

Shalom House, a non-profit organization, opened in 2012 in Western Australia to allow drug-addicted men to dry the "cold turkey".
