A daughter-in-law accuses her brother

of a doctor and says that his father died in a shared house. An examination of death would be necessary. The doctor then found a natural death, so the body was released for burial.

On July 21, however, the deceased's daughter-in-law told the Salzburg police that she had doubts about her father-in-law's disappearance. She suspects that her brother-in-law may be related to death.

The subsequent autopsy revealed the debt

"After that, the Police Inspectorate of Voitsberg opened the investigations, the police reporting the facts to the prosecutor's office in Graz, who ordered an autopsy of the corpse ". At that time, the body had already been returned to the crematorium. In the following judicial autopsy, there was the suspicion of third party debt, after which the State Styrian Criminal Investigation Office resumed investigations.

Due to the circumstances and findings, the Graz public prosecutor ordered the arrest of the son of the deceased.

The 54-year-old German citizen living in Voitsberg was arrested Tuesday (24.6.) Arrested by the Einsatzkommando in his home in Voitsberg. After the first interrogation, the suspect was taken to Graz-Jakomini Prison.
