A particularly daring flight is a sensation in Loosdorf. Strangers flew in the night of Thursday or Friday night, the roof top photovoltaic system of the garden company Spitzer in the Mozartstraße (operating area). The Loosdorf site was opened only two months ago

The authors captured 88 solar panels of a total power of 24 kilowatt hours. According to the boss of the company, Thomas Spitzer, they were "professionally unscrewed". The damage is in the five-digit euro area. Each module weighs 19 kilograms, so in total the "prey" weighed just under 1.7 tons. Police presume that at least three perpetrators participated in the action, which took away the modules with a van.

Before their act, the perpetrators repelled the movement of a lighthouse to go unnoticed. On Facebook, a contribution from Thomas Spitzer on the weekend flight was shared 1,500 times, hundreds of people expressed their sympathy and indignation in the comments.
