A fire in the underground car park of a residential building Simmeringer Hauptstraße 108 resulted in an extended firefighting operation on Tuesday afternoon. The road had to be closed for use. In the garage, a car caught fire and burned completely. Firefighters had to fight the fire with extinguishing pipes and respiratory protection.
