A 47-year-old motorist slides with a crawler excavator and rushes about 25 meters to the next level.
DISTRICT FELDKIRCHEN. On July 17, at around 7.45 pm, a 47-year-old motorist from Moosburg, in a quarry in the district of Feldkirchen, did work at level 8 (875 meters above sea level) with his employer's excavator the driver with the level 8 aisle shovel slipped and fell with that about 25 meters into the underlying level 7. The backhoe has been overturned several times.
The driver could still get out of the backhoe's cabin and call for help over the phone. He called his boss. He took him to the scene of the accident with a company car and took him to the outside of the company building. There, ambulance paramedics carried out the first aid of the wounded.
As a result, the seriously injured driver was transported from Klagenfurt hospital / WS to the rescue hospital.
