The debtor will offer a reorganization plan with a 20% quota. Deallx does not have financial problems for the first time. As early as 2012, the Vienna Commercial Court ruled on a reorganization procedure that had been rescinded after the adoption of a 20% restructuring plan.
Since the fall of 2017, attempts have been made to revive Uno-Shopping. Mhlviertler real estate developers Josef Hofer, Hubert Wagner and Joachim Pawelka had acquired the center.
