After the discovery of a dead baby in Weikendorf (Lower Austria), the mother was released again Sunday. The prosecutor in Korneuburg had asked to be detained. However, the judge saw no reason for detention, confirmed the lawyer of Wolfgang Blaschitz, 18 years old.
The young woman is determined to be suspected of murder. She claims to have known nothing about the pregnancy. The 18-year-old had given birth to the baby on Nov. 7 at the parents house, reported Blaschitz after the two-hour interrogation of the young woman on Sunday.
