The five points of the "Grazer Declaration"

Another subsection of the declaration deals with the demand for improved mobility management in the respective Member States.
The third point concerns the promotion of health through "active mobility", such as cycling, according to the European Commissioner for Transport, Violeta Bulc.
Fourth, Member States should also ensure that all social clbades, even in the transition to "clean mobility", continue to have full access to supply. Mobility should not be a social problem, Bulc said.
The last requirement of the declaration concerns the infrastructure investments necessary for this change and the necessary financial means. For the Minister of Transport Hofer (FPÖ), this is the crucial point: "We will invest 14 billion euros in rail, in railway construction over the next five years, as well as 750 million euros in the pbadenger transport and 100 million in the transport of goods is enormous, we hope that other countries will do the same. Greens expect little from Grazer declaration
The Austrian Greens are much less convinced of the progress of the declaration.
