Austria is acquiring a new historical museum. With the "House of the History of Austria" (hdgö), the Republic pays the hundredth anniversary of its founding, a place where to live the recent history of Austria.
Located in a historic site, the new Hofburg institution is a strong, open and modern platform for living history.
The opening night will be just as lively: on Saturday, a varied program invites all interested parties to visit the Heroes' Square until 21:00.

Sunday and Monday (November 11 and 12), the museum can be visited between 10am and 6pm with free admission.
