A 27-year-old driver from Jennersdorf District collided with a 44-year-old truck driver from Güssing District on Thursday afternoon, November 15, 2018. The handlebars of the car became heavy, injuring the truck driver indefinitely.

At about 1:10 pm, the 27-year-old man drove onto Loipersdorferstraße L444 towards Loipersdorf. According to eyewitnesses, the driver of the car stopped in the left turn for an unknown reason on the opposite lane and collided with the truck at kilometer 4,450. The driver of the car was stuck in the vehicle and had to be supplied by the first emergency doctor. Volunteer firefighters Fürstenfeld and Loipersdorf released the 27-year-old, and the crew of the Christophorus 16 rescue helicopter took him to the Graz public hospital. The driver of the truck was first supplied by the Red Cross and was taken to the Fürstenfeld Provincial Hospital.
