The center of Simmering will be covered from 5 November, nationwide, to the short pay parking area. Residents of the eleventh district of Vienna can apply for Parkpickerl, according to the ORF having already made 6,000 people.
The nationwide short-term parking area covers the center of Simmering with all subway stations and their surrounding areas. Last fall, the Simmeringer voted in favor of introducing parking management in the center. For the survey, the district was divided into three areas. In the other two outlying areas, the defendants decided not to use Parkpickerl.
Döbling comes, started the discussion at Hietzing
Simmering is the 18th of 23 districts in Vienna, which has opted for a nationwide short-term parking area. As part of the introduction of the park picnic in Simmering, the area of the third district will be extended from November. It then includes, in addition to the existing area, the roads connecting the streets Litfaßstraße, Baumgbade, Nottendorfer Gbade, Erdbergstraße and the district boundary to Simmering. An overlap area with Simmering is not provided.
