An argument between a pedestrian and a motorist intensified Wednesday night in Wels. The pedestrian was of the opinion that the driver was driving too fast and sprayed pepper spray.
At around 18:30, a 22-year-old driver from the Linz-Land district of Welser Kasbergstraße was stopped by a pedestrian. The man was of the opinion that the motorist had traveled too fast and he broke a verbal argument. The words were apparently not sufficient for the unknown at that time, as he was looking for pepper spray and was spraying the driver's face.
Arms and ammunition insured
The 22-year-old man went away and alerted the police. In the following research, a 66 year old Welser was investigated and detained, who finally admitted the attack and also released the pepper spray.
More weapons and ammunition could be found in the Welser's apartment and a temporary ban on weapons was imposed on him. 19659006]
