An armed robber attacked a bank in the district of St. Leonhard in Graz on Tuesday around noon. He sat in the vending machines and waited until the last customers left the branch before lunch. He then unpacked a handgun and demanded money from the three employees. He stuffed it into a jute bag that he had brought with him and disappeared.
No one was injured in the robbery. The unmasked offender spoke German standard, but a description of the person is not yet available. The alarm investigation failed. In the afternoon and evening, investigators were busy interviewing witnesses.

He was armed with a black revolver.
