Between a 67-year-old man and his 68-year-old wife, on the one hand, and a group of five-person pedestrians, on the other hand, there was a capital dispute on the sidewalk of the Vienna Favoriten on Thursday.
Several witnesses said that the elderly couple had already gone to the Sonnleithnergbade sidewalk in the direction of Gudrunstrbade and had to avoid a group of other pedestrians. This should have resulted in a first verbal confrontation between the couple and the group.

When the 67-year-old sued with his wife, the other people stormed the couple and involved the victim in a fight. The following shots resulted in the fact that one Austrian in the group, aged 18, kicked the 67-year-old player.
The victim fell back and hit his head against the sidewalk, causing injuries that put his life in danger.
