"Dancing on Ice" is the name of the new show, with which Sat.1 wants to make vibrate the mbades. Eight German celebrities are allowed to prove their strength on the ice with a professional skater.
Now it has been revealed who needs to sharpen the skates. Under the direction of Sarah Lombardi and Detlef Soost, the ice dance troupe also includes comedian Désirée Nick, curvy model Sarina Novak, presenter Aleksandra Bechtel, musician John Kelly, Olympic bobsleigh champion Kevin Kusek and actor Timur Bartels. Although some celebrities are known on television, they still have unknown talents that give them a competitive advantage (see photoshow above).
Eight professionals ensure that stars and starlets do not land too often in the seat. The medal density is extremely high, but only those who earn the best of their celebrity partner can win.
