When the Niedernhardt Tunnel was temporarily closed in the direction of Vienna / Salzburg last Saturday, several motorists turned up there. They drove their cars on the Pannenstreifen contrary to the prescribed driving direction back to the Viennese road and left there the highway of the city. The other road users in the traffic jams noticed this, alerted the police and filmed the incident on their mobile phone. The video was also featured in the program of the ORF "Oberösterreich heute"
Police investigated two suspicious drivers, as she said in a press release on Tuesday. According to the ORF, these are drivers from Steyr and Linz-Land District. They are displayed.
