United Nations Pact on Migration – Switzerland could sign later

Berne (APA / sda) – Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cbadis can live with that if Switzerland does not sign the UN Migration Pact in December but later. It would not be "a disaster," said the liberator in an interview published Saturday by Tamedia.

Switzerland should not itself use targets internationally that could be contrary to Swiss law, the Commission said. The Swiss government should provide Parliament with more detailed information on the scope of the migration pact by the winter session.

The government announced weeks ago to accept. He already had the pact that Switzerland was involved in the drafting and came to the conclusion that the content corresponds to the interests of Switzerland.
