A twenty-three-year-old Viennese was arrested Tuesday in Villach by police with 25 freshly harvested marijuana plants that he had deposited on his bike.
He had packed the plants in two black garbage bags and had pushed his bike into the street when he was stopped by the agents. The harvest was badured.
