A 52-year-old man was attacked by a 59-year-old man with a knife around 9:50 pm on Tuesday in a Marktgbade pub in the 9th district of Vienna.

According to eyewitnesses, the woman allegedly stabbed several times from behind in the neck of the man for no apparent reason. Aged 52, this man was taken to hospital with injuries caused by the Viennese professional rescue.

The man reportedly left the hospital on Wednesday.
