A 41-year-old alcoholic man was in a bar on Wednesday night at a restaurant Kendlerstraße in Vienna. Ottakring refused to pay his bill. After badaulting the other guests, the man raised his hand to greet Hitler
The 41-year-old man also behaved unreasonably towards the alarmed police, police reported. Finally, he contacted an acquaintance who agreed to come to the bar to pay the outstanding balance.
