Kingston Pharma, LLC voluntarily recalls all of its lots of "DG ™ Baby Gripe Water Herbal Supplement with Organic Ginger and Fennel Extracts".
The booster is due to the presence of an undissolved ingredient, citrus flavonoid.
Kingston Pharma LLC received a report stating that a baby aged one week had difficulty swallowing the product and three complaints related to flavonoid undissolved citrus fruit.
The reminder concerns all lots. The product is packaged in 4 ounce amber bottles, with white plastic caps with safety seals and an oral syringe, code U 8 8 5495400246 3.
The product was distributed in the United States by Dollar General Corporation.
