Back 4 Blood developer Turtle Rock Studios has confirmed that the game will not have a versus campaign mode.
In an FAQ thread on the studio’s official Discord server, he said, “We don’t plan to have a campaign against the mode at this time.”
Back 4 Blood has a versus mode, allowing two teams to take turns fighting as Cleaners and Ridden. But there’s no Left 4 Dead-like campaign level, where players would have to fight player-controlled zombies to get to the safe house.
