According to the press service of BGK, the handball club Brest of 2018/19, named after Meshkov, will have a new head coach.

<p>  In place of the Ukrainian specialist Sergei Bebeshko, the team will be led by the Spanish coach <strong> Manolo Cadenas </strong>. The contract with the renowned specialist is designed for two seasons. </p>
<p>  Manolo Cadenas began his coaching career in the Spanish "Leganas", where he worked 11 years with young handball players. The first professional team in his career – "Oviedo" (1986-1989). In addition – work in the Spanish "Santander" (1989-1991). For this period, the first titles of coaches – the victories at the ASOBAL League Cup and the Cup Winners Cup – fall </p>
<p> and then to Valladolid (1991-1995) for a period of four years . The longest and most successful coaching period of Manolo Cadenas is at Ademar: it was for this period that the victories at the Spanish Championship (2001), the Rey Cup (2002), the Cup of the League (1999). Kadenas took titles with Ademar and Euroarena – two victories in the second-largest continental tournament – the Cup Cup winners in 1999 and 2005. </p>
<p>  From 2007 to 2009, Padenas is the coach leader of the legendary "Barcelona". With the Catalan team in 2008, he won the Spanish Super Cup </p>
<p>  Since 2009, the Spanish specialist has been transferred to Granollers. </p>
<p>  From 2013 to 2016, Manolo Cadenas is the head coach of the Polish "Vistula". By the way, in August 2015, Cadenas was staying with Vistula in Brest during the traditional Belgazprombank Cup. Then the Polish club took second place in the tournament, losing against the BGK championship. </p>
<p>  From 2013 to 2016, Manolo Cadenas led one of the strongest national teams in the world: the Spanish men's handball team. Under his leadership, the Spaniards won the 2016 European Silver and 2016 Bronze Championships, becoming the fourth in the 2015 World Cup. Since March 2017, Manolo Cadenas has risen to the head of Argentina's men's national team. However, after the World Cup in January 2018, the coach left the national team and focused exclusively on his work within the club. </p>
<p>  In the near future, a new coaching staff will be formed </p>
<p>  <strong> three years, leaving the club. With him, the club became the champion of Belarus three times and reached the qualifiers of the Champions League. </p>
