When looking for work, my daughter did not go to the garden and was with me. At this point, calls began to come from the manager: they say, my child was gone. For some reason, they found my ex-husband, with whom we are already divorced 6 years, began to talk to him about my life, began to call relatives.
And then a letter was brought from the Natalia Children's Garden. with the director, also repeatedly appealed to the administration of the Soviet district with a request to influence in one way or another the head of the children 's garden. .

Party of the defendant – representative of the education department – with the claims are not in agreement. According to her, the garden and the director do not intervene in private life for the sake of interest, but conduct a social inquiry. The work was carried out on the basis of these normative and legal acts which oblige the educational establishments to engage in the early detection of family problems. Thus, the Ministry of Education is confident that the plaintiff has filed a complaint against the legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus, which are now implemented in educational institutions.
