Russia intends to create a jamming aircraft capable of neutralizing military satellites, reports RIA Novosti in reference to a source in the defense industry complex. According to him, a draft is already ready, the experimental design work should begin soon. It is expected that the aircraft will replace the Il-22PP "Porubshchik."
