A survey of the British Childcare social network for parents showed that many of them carelessly refer to the age of video games. For this reason, children play freely with violent content, obscene vocabulary and other games of 18+.
More than two thousand parents participated in the Childcare survey: 72% of respondents were mothers of children aged 5-16 years. It turned out that 86% of the total number of respondents did not follow the age limits of the games. Curiously, the situation with movies is reversed: only 18% of parents admitted that they would allow 10-14 year olds to watch a movie with a score of 18+.
43% of parents noticed negative changes in their children's behavior after playing with an adult grade. In addition, 22% of those surveyed said that after such games the guys "understood or used" rude expressions.
