<p>  Currently, Yuri Khachaturov is the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization. The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) includes Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. The Secretary General of the OTSC is considered his highest official and directs the secretariat of the organization. </p>
<p>  The decision to appoint Yuri Khachaturov to the position of Secretary General of the OTSC was taken by the presidents of six member countries in the spring of 2017.
