For the first time since 2009, Belarusian IT companies have not entered the prestigious Deloitte classification.

Despite the boom of the computer industry in Belarus, there was no enterprise with Belarusian capital in the top 500.

Madison's software developer SwanLeap was the leader in the ranking of the fastest-growing technology companies in North America (2018 Fast Technology 500), which relies annually on revenue dynamics for Deloitte.

The threshold for entering the top 500 was the revenue growth rate of 143%. In addition to software development companies, the clbadification includes Internet businesses, telecommunications, biotechnology companies, semiconductor manufacturers, medical and electronic devices in the US and Canadian markets.

Belarusian IT companies, which account for 60-70% of total North American revenue, have been in the rating since 2009. In 2009-2015, this company is known as EPAM Systems. In 2004-2008, the software developer, who in the mid-2000s received funding from the new owner of the Russia Partners investment fund, had a revenue growth rate of 458%. With this indicator, EPAM Systems enters for the first time among the 500 most dynamic technology companies in North America and ranks 280th.

In the 2010 ranking, EPAM Systems ranked 330th (275%), ranked 367th in 2011 (218%), ranked 385th in 2012 (193%). In the 2013 ranking, EPAM Systems was ranked 430th (170%), 314th (270%) and 484th (484th) (118%).

Over the years, EPAM Systems has partnered with Facebook, Amazon.com, Google, LinkedIn and other leading technology companies.

In 2015, with EPAM Systems, another company of Belarussian origin appeared in the top 500 – the IT developer Itransition CErgeya Gvardeytseva. Itransition is ranked 352nd with a revenue growth rate of 183%.

In 2016, EPAM Systems did not exceed the threshold required to enter the rating, but two Belarusian developers still found it. The transition was 413 (158%). Oxagile is also one of the fastest growing companies in the region. Business Dmitry Karpovich and its partners took the 337th line (217%).

In the note of 2017 of Belarus – only Oxagile. The company became the 399th with an indicator of 203%.
