The man was sentenced to 4 years imprisonment and fined 400 basic units (9,800 rubles). His property is confiscated, he is also deprived for 5 years of the right to occupy positions related to the exercise of organizational, administrative and administrative functions.
The sentence has not come into force and can be appealed and challenged in the prescribed manner.
