As a result, the court decided to recover from the contractor 172,7 thousand rubles of damages suffered, the cost of the evaluation of the amount of 10,000, as well as 12,2 thousand rubles of expenses for the payment State rights, legal services and postal services.

The documents in the case state that the shop owner initially claimed 282,800 rubles (more than 9,000 Belarusian rubles) for spoiled goods and property damage. However, during the trial, the amount was reduced.
