In her complaint, Krasulina writes that she considers the removal decision as unjustified and illegal. She says that during her years of life in Belarus, she has developed all the family and social ties, where she has badets and means of subsistence. It does not have such links in any other country, including the country of citizenship, Russia.

Anna Krasulina also draws attention to the fact that Article 65 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus on the Legal Status of Foreign Nationals and Stateless Persons in the Republic of Belarus (according to the law), according to which a foreigner may be expelled from Belarus in the interest of public order, should apply only on the condition that there is a real (and unperceived) threat to the life of the alien. public order in the state in connection with his stay here. Krasulina asks the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Executive Committee of the city of Minsk to cancel the Decree of 13.11.2018 on the expulsion of Belarus, issued by the Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Administration from Minsk District, Moscow, and to suspend deportation while appealing the decision.
