The accident occurred on November 27 around 16:40 in Kovelskaya street in Brest. This was reported by the traffic police of the Brest Regional Executive Committee.
According to the inspectors, the driver of the 52-year-old Renault Duster was driving from Pribuzhskaya Street towards the Warsaw motorway. The man did not take into account the weather conditions, chose the wrong speed, lost control of his driver and headed for the ditch where the car went into the ditch.
The driver of the car was kidnapped by rescuers. As a result of the accident, he was not injured.
With respect to the driver, an administrative protocol has been established under Part 5 of the art. 18.22 of the Administrative Code of Belarus. The sanction of this part of the article provides a warning or a fine up to 0.5 base unit (12.25 rubles).
