Fashion for "factory" cottages: houses appearing on the market from panels of 860 rubles per square

Several large home-builders introduced their industrial cottages last week. Disputes about their appearance and price have not had time to calm down and a new reason for discussion has emerged – the privately owned Modern Concrete Structures LLC has shown its prefabricated concrete homes at a very competitive price – from 858 rubles per square meter with installation.

The factory has never been involved in individual housing, it is specialized in the production of prefabricated concrete for the development of several families. And yet, on the company's presentation site, there are now two modern style cottages. For their construction were used three-layer concrete panels of its own production.

The one-story house is a compact home with a free layout for a small family. Its total area is 94 m².

For the sample of exhibition, we chose a combined finish of the facade with clinker tiles and paint (the surface quality of the panels allows you to do without plaster – two coats of paint are enough ).

The exterior of the building is completed by a very simple but effective architectural solution for the lobby and the terrace.

The layout of the exhibition copy is quite simple and practical. Most of the space is occupied by the living room, combined with the dining room and the kitchen. From the living room there is access to the terrace. The project involves large windows on the floor.

The finished ceiling height, taking into account the installation of a stretch ceiling and laying of the floor is 2.68 meters. The manufacturer plans to make it a little higher.

Wall constructions shall not be heated additionally – increased resistance to heat transfer – 4.79 m²·^aboutC / W with a standard of 3.2 m²·^aboutC / W According to representatives of the company, the cost of heating such a natural gas cottage will be about 12 rubles a month.

The cost of the house with the installation is about 85 thousand rubles, or 904 rubles per m².

Two-story cottage, according to the company "Modern concrete structures", will appeal to lovers of progressive design and unusual architecture.

First, we noted two consoles of speakers – in fact, the upper floor is suspended above the first. In addition, the front console is at the entrance of the house up to 4.5 meters. Such a "visor" can be used as a carport.

Attention is drawn to the large glazed area of ​​the second floor – a window overlooking the floor over almost the entire width of the end room. The consoles, badociated with a two-color facade, give the building a dynamic and individual character.

The total area of ​​the chalet is 174 m². Domokomplekt with the badembly will cost 149,357 rubles.

Note that cottages for these projects are already available to the buyer. The manufacturer is ready to work directly with private customers.
