The residents of Gomel sign a petition asking them to bring the local blogger into criminal liability for insulting the EMERCOM employee who was being executed.

On Tuesday, the company ChSUP "Line Demolition" caught fire. The fire was complicated, extinguished day and night. The blogger Gomel also decided to prepare his video report. Maxim Filipovich. For a while, he filmed what was happening from the window of his apartment, but then decided to move to the emergency.

On the territory where the rescuers fought the fire for several hours, an EMERCOM officer spoke to Filipovich to find out what was happening abroad in the danger zone – and heard from many offensive expressions. At the same time, the video shows that the employee is trying at all costs not to warm up the already tense situation, but the tone of the conversation between the blogger and the lifeguard is frankly disrespectful and insolent.

In social networks, the majority of users were outraged by Filipovich's behavior. The residents of Gomel, non-indifferent, petitioned the Department of Home Affairs of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee asking him to translate him into criminal liability for the insult.

"Firefighters have only managed to drive to fetch water and come back. All night, the headquarters of the Ministry of Emergencies worked on site, as well as several fire brigades. In video footage, a blogger removes a fire in a business. Then an EMERCOM officer approaches him to find out what he is doing in the danger zone. To which the blogger responded without any courtesy or respect: "Take a walk … Son" – and so on. Then, the blogger approached the official car of the Ministry of Emergency Situations: "Shaw, look, let go of the window …". Employees of EMERCOM being in office, we ask that blogger Filipovich be brought to justice under part 2 of art. 189 of the Criminal Code of Belarus [оскорбление]"- written in circulation.

The petition has already been signed by more than 250 people.
