Recall that on November 15, a video was broadcast on the YouTube channel of the Ministry of the Interior, in which a teenager apologized for the slap given to the metropolitan sculpture of a police officer. Previously, the youth had been arrested by patrol and inspection officers and had drafted a protocol under section 17.1 of the Administrative Code on Small Hooliganism. Today, we have learned that the administrative procedure against this guy was closed.

The day after this incident, another man approached the police officer's sculpture and hung a scarf. He was arrested and had a brief conversation. Then there were the girls who tried to kiss the monument. Also on social networks, users organized a flash crowd of repentance in front of the monuments they touched or climbed.

Today, after lunch, we learned that the administrative lawsuit against this guy was closed, an expensive preventive conversation.

Also recently, it was learned that the head of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs had left his post, Georgy Evchar. He has taken his retirement. That this is due to the incident with the sculpture, is not officially indicated.
